Mysterio Is Injured !
Just last week on Raw in Mysterio’s hometown. Things weren’t taken too easy as Mysterio went the extra mile and tore his bad knee up. Nothing is new here, Mysterio has had countless injuries on his left knee. What worries me is whether he can still hack his way around the ring with his bad knee. I’m sure Rey has had surgery on his left knee 5 times. And the more he tears it up the more shorter his career will be getting. By the time he’s in his late 40’s I’m sure he’ll have trouble walking. It’s shame since WWE was supposedly giving Mysterio some sort of big push. But things aren’t looking too good now. Mysterio stated on his twitter account that he’ll be gone for several months and that he’s sorry he let his fans down.
Some might think Mysterio was once good but now he’s just a jobber. But he’s actually a huge commodity in WWE. Guys like Mysterio, Miz, Del Rio are pretty much on the same level. Mysterio hasn’t yet been labeled a veteran because he still has plenty of more matches left in him. He’ll most definitely get a WWE title reign before he hangs up his boots. Mysterio in my opinion is one of the best Lucha Libre wrestlers in WWE. From the beginning he’s overcome obstacles and fought great battles. He can take on big guys in the ring and not make it look so clichè. Mysterio is a top dog in the company and it’ll be a shame to see him give an early goodbye. I wish Mysterio a fast and easy recovery.
